My friend's dad makes crazy smoothies every morning. They have vitamins, mushrooms, spinach, adaptogens, ashwagandha, almond milk, bananas, collagen, glucosamine and so many other things. I think it will make him live to be 150 years old. He's already so strong and smart. Any way, I made this gibbet to show how amazing Ryan's smoothies are.
